"From our inception the Covenant has been concerned with helping hurting people and addressing the causes of that hurt. We are caring for people throughout the year. When people are in need, we want to be there. The Care Team provides ongoing support to people experiencing a life event or crisis. How Can we Help? We connect with people through some of the following ways: phone calls to assess needs, providing meals and support, home and hospital visits to those who are ill or shut in, support during a lost, memorial services, limited financial assistance, and more. Financial Needs (Benevolence) | If you are in need of financial assistance on the prayer card write benevolence team in the description along with your need. Care Needs | If you are in need of other care or support on the prayer card write care team in the description along with your need. We recognize that we do not have the capacity to serve everyone, but we are faithful stewards with what we have been given and may recommend you to another service if we are unable to satisfy your need. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, first go to your nearest emergency room or call 911. |
